1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Create Web ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Matrix. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Create Web provides an automated cloud infrastructure management platform. We offer tools for server provisioning, website deployment (including WordPress), backup management (S3/Google Drive), and status monitoring.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, SSH keys, passwords, and API tokens. Create Web cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

• You must provide valid payment information to use premium features.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

4. Backup and Data Loss

While Create Web provides automated backup tools to external providers (Amazon S3, Cloudflare R2, Google Drive), we do not automatically guarantee the integrity of these external services. You are encouraged to regularly verify your backup archives. Create Web is not liable for data loss caused by user misconfiguration or external provider outages.

5. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Create Web reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Create Web, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
